How to read this
Each cell answers: of companies that started at this revenue size, what percentage sustained the given annual growth rate for 5 consecutive years? Each rolling 5-year window (each start year from 2009 onward) counts as one observation, so a single company with 12 years of history contributes up to 7 windows.
The Value Check card on each stock page uses these rates to contextualise the growth a stock's current price implies. While a size band has fewer than 100 windows, the card shows "Base rate: still being built" rather than a number. Banks and insurers price in dividend growth, so their cards use the dividend-per-share distribution.
