2. Description of Service
Aether Vantage is an AI-powered financial research and education platform. The Service provides market data, AI-generated stock analysis, forecasts, portfolio tracking tools, and access to an AI analyst chatbot. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
The information provided by Aether Vantage, including AI-generated stock picks, forecasts, analysis, and any other content, does NOT constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not make any investment decisions based solely on the information provided by this Service. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Subscription and Payments
Aether Vantage offers both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, AI-generated analysis, logos, and software — are owned by Aether Vantage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Vantage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided therein.
8. Third-Party Data
Market data, stock prices, and financial information are sourced from third-party providers including Finnhub. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Data may be delayed or contain errors.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
